The Ticketing and Curiosity Shop Coordinator plays an integral part in creating a unique Bell Museum experience for every visitor. As supervisor of the visitor services and ticketing desk and store - this position trains the first people that any visitor will interact with at the museum. In addition, the position is responsible for curating a unique museum store experience in the museum’s Curiosity Shop.
Areas of responsibility include: ticketing office/store part-time, seasonal and student staff supervision; retail store management, ticketing office operations and coordinating trainings for staff and volunteers on diversity, equity and inclusion.
