    This part-time position reports to the Visitor Services Manager. This position provides supervision to Operations student staff, including Visitor Services Assistants who work at the ticketing desk and in the store as well as Facilities Assistants; serves as the weekend point-of-contact for gallery floor volunteers and is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience for all museum visitors. They are also responsible for checking in and orienting any weekend group sales, including adult tour groups and birthday parties.

    This position will retain mandatory weekend responsibilities (Saturday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. & Sunday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) with an additional flexible half-day shift during the week.
